Pavilion ~ Colleen A. Thompson, age 71, of Starr Road, passed away Thursday evening (March 5, 2015) at Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw. Mrs. Thompson was born September 17, 1943 in LeRoy, a daughter of the late Guy and D. Eileen Lynch Connolly. She will be remembered as a very caring and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, who was always very active. She travelled and supported her grandchildren with their sporting events, attended bingo and enjoyed all crafts, especially tole painting. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Clayton A. Thompson; her children, JoAnn (David) Elliott of Wyoming, Steve "Tiny" (Michelle) Thompson of Wyoming, Ron (Shelley) Thompson of Bethany and Mickey (Al) Lynk of Wyoming; 7 grandchildren, Randi, Mitchell, Eric, Crystal, Sara, Connor and Kristen; 3 step-grandchildren, Josh, David and Ian; 7 step-great-grandchildren; brothers, Pat Connolly, Mike Connolly, Tom (Ginny) Connolly, Terry (Tracey) Connolly and Kevin (Teri) Connolly; sisters, Cathy (Dale) Gravelle, Sheri (Neil) Woodworth, Casey Connolly Cook and Peg Connolly Ellis, along with several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 4 ~ 8 PM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake Rd. (Rt. 19), LeRoy, where her funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Interment in St. Francis Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the East Side Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, 62 Prospect Street, Warsaw, NY 14569.
